Onlinelaptopbatteries.co.uk was born because most major I.T. manufacturers really only want to sell you another machine if your existing unit develops a fault or if you drop it ! Often associated parts such as keyboards, screens, power adapters, cpu fans, dc jacks, etc etc, are quoted at very high prices. 

As founder I am a humble member of the UK public, and I hate being ripped off. We have very low overheads, and can therefore offer high quality Compatible spare parts to replace your broken or old one, at discount prices.

As I believe that the high street charges too much for these items. 

If there's anything you do or don't like about my shop or my listings, please let me know - I'm always happy to chat about the above.

If payment is made before 1.00pm Monday - Friday, goods will be shipped the same day via royal mail.

When will I receive my order?

Under normal circumstances your order will be processed and posted within 24 hours of receipt
UK: goods are shipped by royal mail delivery and will normally arrive *within 3 working days of shipment.

Postage on items is charged per item and may vary on the weight of the product. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed and sent the next working day Monday to Friday.

Europe: goods are shipped by royal mail international signed for service and will normally arrive within 5 -7 working days.

Please note delivery times cannot be guaranteed

Returns and Refunds

We hope that you will be completely satisfied with any
product purchased from this web site, but if you wish to return an item to us, we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible. Under distance selling regulations you may cancel your order by returning any item up to 7 days from the day after delivery. However, we extend this for your convenience so that any item may be returned for any reason within 28 days from the date of dispatch for a full refund (less postage costs), as long as it remains unused and in "as new" condition with all packaging and labels intact.

Please be aware that return postage fees cannot be refunded unless the reason for the return of the goods was due to an error made by us. If the error is ours we will then refund postage costs up to a maximum of the postage price you originally paid on your order. Goods returned after the date shown on your delivery note cannot be refunded, Please allow 14 days for refunds to be processed and credited to your card.

How do I return items?

Goods should be returned via an insured, traceable service to reach us on or before the return date shown on your delivery note (it is advisable to make a note of any tracking numbers in case they are required) Please send back 2nd class recorded as this is the cheapest option, we do not refund back for special delivery.

The original packaging must be present and the product in the condition you would expect to receive an "as new" product" for us to be able to refund the returned items.

Please ensure that the delivery notice enclosed with your order is completed and returned with your parcel.

Please ensure the goods are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

Can I exchange items?

Yes, of course. Online Laptop batteries & Keyboards, will exchange items which have been purchased from web shop, as long as they are still in "as new" condition and are returned with the original packaging, then follow the steps as per Returns above.

What if an item is faulty?

In the unlikely event that you have purchased an item from us which is faulty then we will be happy to replace that item.

If a product you have purchased from this web site is faulty when delivered please contact our customer services team VIA OUR CONTACT FORM or telephone 0161 882 9932 between 8.00am and 8pm. Please have your order number ready together with details of the fault and we will then advise you how to proceed. We may either request for the goods to be returned to us for inspection, or in some cases we may request an image of the fault to be sent. If we ask you to return the goods to us please include in your package a brief description of the fault as you see it
